Description
This state of the art indoor commercial spa is located on the 6th Floor of The Parkgate Hotel in Cardiff. This location offers a wonderfully dramatic setting for the finished spa with views over the city, but made getting all our individual elements up and into position a challenge! We made the spa in 2 parts which where craned from the street and assembled in-situ, with absolutely stunning results. The sauna, steam room, heated loungers and heated bench, all made in our workshop in Bristol and delivered and installed by our team of technicians, were also crained up onto the 6th floor from the street below. The steam room and heated bench were then tiled on-site once assembled.

We worked very closely with the client, architect and interior design team to realise their vision of a beautiful and extremely dramatic spa, which we believe to be a great asset to the project. To make a project like this function perfectly there is a lot going on behind the scenes from keeping the spa water perfectly dosed with chemicals, filtered and moving around the system to keeping the spa area free of condensation and the room at the correct ambient temperature through a critically designed air handling system all taken care of from concept to completion.
